Independent and Work Ready
Is a CIC not for profit run by Karen Yates, a disability led service but that is open to all. We offer in person and virtual placements.
We are opening a Buckinghamshire care farm project Hoof-Train with Shetland ponies and sheep as well as sensory art options, and product design options such as to design clothing accessories and kitchenware, or keepsakes. We have a sensory garden with ride on railway, an outside kitchen and sensory dome. We will offer many community sessions by appointment we are developing for all ages.

WE NEED YOUR HELP
Are you an artist able to work with us and volunteer your time providing projects or art videos? We do sometimes have paid artists part-time work so please email us if you would like to get involved. You do not need to be an artist to be a great help if you are creative and want to get involved!
Also if you would like to stock our products in your shop please contact us. We would also like to hear of community events or markets we could attend our products that have been designed by our participants.
Do you have experience you could share related to life skills, independence, or work and having a disability or learning difficulty?
Are you an organisation that could offer a work placement or paid work to someone with a disability?
